How can we offer this guarantee?
Approximately 2% of our customers express their dissatisfaction with our blades. This number is small enough for us to continue to offer the Olfa Guarantee™.
Exclusions:
The Olfa Gaurantee™ covers your satisfaction with our blades, not defects. If your Quilting Blade™ rotary blades are defective in any way, we will replace them.
Please avoid using Quilting Blade to cut any material other than fabric & paper. Any other usage will damage your blade's edge.
